Masked Man 72/100: The Grown Man

Hello and welcome back to the Miss Amanda Chen Show. We are now in Season 3 of the 100 Masked Men series, where I anonymously interview different men from all walks of life about masculinity, and how our relationships affect our self worth.

This week is all about the concept of love, how we define it, how we give it, and how we receive it. Masked Man #72 is the Grown Man. He shares his perspective on the balance in both accepting the truth as well as the consequences of articulating that truth. 

In this episode we discuss whether or not we can go back to the past, and apologize for our mistakes. I think there is an element of not wanting to move backwards, but why do we think it is a step in the wrong direction? I think in focusing on moving forward, we might be too quick to cut out people in our lives when we were not our best selves. But that's not to say we can't come back stronger than ever.
